Founder and CEO
With nearly three decades of experience in Strategic Communications, Corporate Reputation and Public Affairs, Vinit has advised CEOs, business leaders and leadership teams of global enterprises and policy institutions on reputation, stakeholder engagement and business-critical communications.
He has led strategic communications for a high-impact Government of India co-hosted global event on geo-economics that helped shape India’s economic narrative internationally, besides advising organisations on executive visibility, thought leadership and corporate positioning.
Today, he leads Mind Matters’ strategic evolution, helping organisations integrate Strategic Communications, Responsible AI and AI-Ready Digital Solutions to build trust, accelerate business growth and navigate change with confidence.

Beginning her career in Information Technology, Nikeeta brings over two decades of experience in digital consulting, communications and technology-led business transformation.
With advanced professional education in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health from globally recognised institutions, she advises organisations on responsible AI adoption, governance frameworks, and workforce capability building.
Her approach focuses on practical, structured implementation that prepares people, processes, and policies for sustainable AI adoption, while building AI literacy and identifying high-value opportunities for business impact.
She leads Mind Matters’ Responsible AI practice, enabling organisations to adopt AI with confidence, governance and measurable business value.
Vishram Dhole

Dr. Vishram Dhole brings over two decades of experience across journalism, academia and Strategic Communications. A former senior journalist, he has contributed extensively to leading publications and regularly shares expert perspectives across print, television and digital media.
He has advised senior executives on media engagement, executive communications and corporate reputation, while also serving as Professor and Academic Coordinator at Savitribai Phule Pune University. An author, educator and trainer, he has led numerous academic and professional development programmes for educational institutions, government organisations and the public sector.
His expertise helps organisations communicate with clarity, strengthen stakeholder trust and build lasting credibility.
